J. Robert Roofing: A Roofing Contractor Serving the City of Chanhassen, MN
If Chanhassen has the “highest quality of life in Minnesota,” it’s not because it has a lot of leaky roofs. J. Robert Roofing deserves some credit for that — we’ve both installed and repaired roofs for a number of happy homeowners there. We go out of our way to first listen to your concerns, cautiously inspect problem areas, and get a clear understanding of exactly what you want. Only then do I put our veteran crew to work. And, of course, we don’t charge for an estimate.
I’ve spent the past 20 years in the roofing business, and watched with pride as this lovely community has grown. As has my crew — the same group of professional, hardworking, committed people that believe in quality as much as I do. We are experts in all areas of installation and repair: tear-offs, re-roof, flat roofing and storm/hail damage inspection. Perhaps even more importantly, I personally follow up with you after the job is done to make sure you’re happy with the result. I can assure you that nothing is more important to me than accountability.
But don’t take it from me:
“You deal with Bob, the owner, directly. He supervised the folks and made it clear that he’s on the job site,” says one pleased customer.
Adds another: “I was able to confer with him about certain places and he looked at it … and it was very well done.”
A third happy client says, “Bob is very devoted to his company. You can just see that when you talk to him.”
As you may have gathered, we take pride in helping to bring communities together.
We have the same allergic reaction to fly-by-night artists as you do. If a roofer you’re thinking of hiring offers you an unusually low bid, beware: If his workmanship is poor, you may have to have your roof done twice. Conversely, be clear up front that there will be no “hidden charges” in the fine print for things you assumed were in the final price.
I invite you to contact us so we can discuss your roofing needs. I look forward to hearing from you.
